Cline Observatory is located near Lake Katherine on the Jamestown campus of GTCC – it is building 7 on the Jamestown campus map. The best places to park are the section of Lot C near Lake Katherine (and walk around the lake to the observatory) or in Lot F (and walk to the observatory between Science Hall and the Auto/Diesel Transportation Complex)

Directions to Koury Auditorium at GTCC
To Reach GTCC from East of Greensboro on I-85/I-40
As you approach Greensboro, stay on I-85 (when on the east side of Greensboro, do not take I-40/Business 85). After looping around the south of Greensboro, take exit 118, which is the Business 85 & US29/70 exit on the southwest side of town. Then take the first exit on Business-85 (less than a mile) – Vickrey Chapel Road. Turn right at the top of the ramp. At the first stoplight, continue straight (the road name will change to Guilford College Road at this point). After roughly a mile, the next stop light is at the intersection with Gate City Boulevard/Jamestown Parkway (formerly High Point Road) – turn left at the light, then turn right at the next light, and continue straight through one more light. The Koury Hospitality Careers Center is a brick building on the right – turn in and park in any of the adjacent lots. The auditorium is on the first floor – to the right after you enter the main lobby.
To reach GTCC from West of Greensboro on I-40
After passing the Airport area stay on I-40 (do not take the South I-73/South 421/To I-85 exit) and then take the Guilford College Road exit – exit 213 Guilford College/Jamestown. Turn left (south) at the top of the ramp onto Guilford College Road. Continue ~5 miles southward to the stop light at Gate City Boulevard/Jamestown Parkway (formerly High Point Road). Turn right at this light, then turn right at the next light, and continue straight through one more light. The Koury Hospitality Careers Center is a brick building on the right – turn in and park in any of the adjacent lots. After negotiating a sharp curve, continue straight for a few hundred yards, until you see the Applied Technologies Center on the right (large white building). Use parking lot B.
To reach GTCC from West of Greensboro on I-40
